Rates and Reservations:

All the reservations at the Corralco Ski Center are made via e-mail, where you must specify the names of passengers, the number of nights you want to book and type of plan you request. Any modification and/or cancellation of a reservation must be made via e-mail.

The confirmed reservations are based on current rates and promotions on the confirmation date. Any change can also generate a change in prices.

All reservations must be prepaid before the arrival of the passengers, in the case of presale or promotion, the payment date is respected and allowed.

If you want to book the same day, this reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card, until the payment of the reservation is received. If it is not canceled after 48, Corralco will charge the passengers credit card that was used for payment.

Check in means the arrival of the passengers, according to the confirmed reservation. If you decide to leave earlier, it does not entitle you to receive a refund for the days that you will not stay. There may be special cancellation policies in the case of groups.

The check in time is at 3:00 PM and check out at 12:00 PM.

In the event that the passenger is not present at the time of check in (no show) a complete charge of the day will be applied. This is done if the passenger does not show up until 3:00 PM the following day. In this case, Corralco also has the right to offer the room that was reserved.

In the event that the season is delayed by weather conditions, a change in date of reservation will be offered to the guests, and then the appropriate fee will be applied.

For groups, Corralco has a discount, for every 15 paid guests, 1 will be free.

As for transportation and ground transportation between the Temuco airport and the Hotel Valle Corralco, The Corralco Ski Center will not apply funds for this service to third parties.

In Corralco there are special prices for children, according to its provisions. Infants of 0-3 years and 11 months of age do not pay; only meals and extra services are charged. Children from ages 4 to 11 years and 11 months, pay the children rate. From the age of 12 and up, you must pay full adult admission.
