Bathing for therapeutical purposes is centuries old. The ancient Greeks believed that immersion in hot springs could eliminate malignan tumors and sooth the nerves. The roman emperor Augustus took baths as a preventative measure against fevers, and in the 16th century in France, bath were taken to improve skin problems.
A part of East Indian, Christian, and African cultures since time immemorial, the ritual of bathing to cleanse the body and mind continues to grow in popularity arround the world.
In modern times, the practice of using water to prevent and cure diseases, known as Hydrotherapy, has become highly developed. Our Hot Springs SPA offers a wide variety of specialized hydrotherapy treatments for skin and beauty care, preventing and curing joint and other inflammations and diseases, relief from daily stress, and more.

Hydrospa:
- A 45-minute massage treatment in a special tub equipped with more than 100 jets and mini-jets that apply a mixture of hot springs water and air to different parts of the body. Produces deep relaxation, reduces stress and rheumatism pain, simulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems; soothes sore muscles.

Hot Springs Hydromassage:
- A 20-minute massage treatment in a jacuzzi tub hot springs water, between 34°C (93°F) and 40°C (104°F). Simulates the circulatory system; alleviates bone, joint and muscular discomfort; reduces stress and produces high state of relaxation. Dual tubes also available.

Jet Shower:
- A 5 to 10-minute hydromassage that uses a special shower hose and nozzle to apply a focused stream of pressurized cold or hot springs water on key energy points of the body. Reduces muscular tension; invigorates the circulatory and lymphatic systems; prevents and reduces the formation of cellulite. Perfect after a sauna or steam bath.

Natural Steam Bath:
- Located on the lower floor of our Hot Springs SPA are Men's and Women's Steam Baths, using natural hot springs water. Ideal for opening up the respiratory passages, alleviating sinusitis, eliminating excess uric acid, cleaning the skin and helping to detoxify the body. To enhance the experience, a cold shower and rest should be taken between each bath session. This bath is highly recommended before a massage or Fango Therapy treatment.

Sauna:
- Located on the lower floor of our Hot Springs SPA are two, 4-persons sauna cabins (one for women, the other for men), each with a dry-heat system. Helps to cleanse and purify the skin; relieves body stress, producing and immediate sensation of well being. To enhance de experience, a cold shower and rest should be taken between each sauna session.
