How do I get to Termas de Chillán?

By car, it can be accessed via Ruta 5 Sur to Chillan, about 400 miles south of the capital, Santiago. In Chillán you must take Ruta N 55 to Termas de Chillán, located 90 kilometers from the city's downtown area. The entire trip takes about 5 to 6 hours.

This is the same route taken by interprovincial buses, once arriving to the downtown area of Chillán you must take the shuttle transfers to the mountain resort.

You can also arrive by plane, taking a domestic flight from Santiago to the city of Concepción. This takes about 50 minutes. From Concepcion you can take a shuttle service that takes you directly to Termas de Chillán. The time of travel is two hours and a half.

Another alternative is to take the train at the Central Station of Santiago and the trip takes 5 hours C to reach Chillán. From downtown Chillan you must take the shuttle to Termas de Chillán.

When does the ski season begin in Termas de Chillán?

The mountain resort of Termas de Chillán is open all year, but the ski season runs roughly from June to October.

During the rest of the year, Termas de Chillán is a recreation center, spa and mountain adventure.

What are the schedules in Termas de Chillan?

The ski center hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, the road has no restrictions and is open all year.
