excellent staff, food,conditions. would have preferred earlier in season when more snow. will return. need to indicate on the rating scale what is good and what is bad.

Beautiful scenery, good and friendly service.

Groaming if slopes. Little wait times at lifts. Great ski equipment service and overnight storage. Ski-in and ski-out. Food options, quality and service. Evening entertainment in Bar area. Traditional atmosphere. Scenery from lake facin rooms is fantastic.

Aside from the hotel, nothing else to see or go to. Poor wifi inside Hotel (3g). For some, no TV in room maybe a problem. Pricey for anything bought inside. Ski school classes are only 1.5hrs long - consider short for price.

There is good terrain for everyone. All depends on the snow conditions!

Lots of "kicking" for the snowboarders getting off two of the most popular lifts. Need to somehow "shape" the terrain with grooming machine to create some slope in those areas.

Excelente ubicación, amplios estacionamientos, grato ambiente en medio de Los Andes.

Mucha congestión en horarios de mucha afluencias de público.

Es muy familiar y servicio es excelente. Me trataron como un rey. Todas noches hay mucho ambiente en el bar, además me tocó música en vivo. Las pistas poseen gran desnivel lo que implica buenos desafíos.

Algunos andariveles de arrastre son un poco viejos, pero en general muy bien.
