Services and Facilities of Chapa Verde

Ski trails

Chapa Verde has over 1200 hectares (3.000 acre) where you can enjoy a day under the bright sun, snowboarding or skiing. The base is over 2.370 meters (7.800 ft) above sea level, and the highest point is at 3100 meters above sea level. The tracks are very long and have excellent slopes; Chapa Verde has high quality snow.

The tracks or ski rinks are divided according to the expertise level required for those who want to ride on them. Beginners are to ski on the green ones, while blue tracks are for intermediate skiers, red are for advanced ones, and black tracks are for experts only.

Ski School

The Chapa Verde Ski Center is the home of a ski school, run by ski national champion Heidi Neufeld. The main goal of the school is to teach kids and adults how to ski, in a nice, secure and comfortable environment, with the best guides in this type of sport.

Equipment Rental

There are mono skis, parabolic skis and snowboards for rent at the Chapa Verde Ski Center, for kids and adults. There is also a repair shop, specialized in the repairing and maintenance of all kinds of tables and ski boards for the confident use of all gear.
